Care should be taken to clean the feeding bag and water mats
every day. Children should be warned about not drinking water from public
places and safe drinking water should be ensured. If the lunch is being eaten
at school, the menu must be prepared in line with the samples of the Ministry
of Health. When relaxing at home or feeling hungry while studying, be careful
of the foods to be consumed. For example, sugars and sugary foods, chips and so
on are totally useless when compared with the milk, yogurt, milk sweeties,
bread-to-bread cheese, freshly squeezed fruit juices, dry nuts and dry fruits.

It is crucial for children to provide a smoke-free
environment, to avoid smoking next to them, and at least to make their home environment
"non-smoking" a place to protect children's health. Emphasis should
also be placed on increasing physical activity in order to ensure that the body
works regularly, increases the usefulness of the consumed foods to the body,
and positively contributes to the physical, mental and emotional development of
children. For this reason, it should not be encouraged to watch TV for a long
time, to avoid using the computer, to have children take care of the school
management, but also to any sports club that their parents love.
